Kevin specialises in disputes at work and is instructed by both employers and employees. Kevin is particularly interested in issues regarding bullying and discrimination in the workplace. In one case he helped negotiate a settlement of over £70,000 in compensation in a claim for bullying and discrimination at work. Kevin advises clients on all stages of employment claims, from the initial dispute in the workplace and helping to negotiate an amicable departure of the employee, through to hearings in Employment Appeal Tribunal. Kevin has written and given talks on bullying and harassment and is a member of the International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment.
Kevin is also a mediator and trained at the School of Psychotherapy & Psychology, Regents College, London.
