Simon can also conduct Mediation where the couples are seeking to resolve disputes together about finances, children or other issues but not where acting for clients he is acting for in Divorce. In these cases, he will refer the client to another family mediator.
Our firm has built up experience over many years in complex family law matters, more recently, with the involvement of international aspects. As the UK becomes more diverse in its population, more often than not, couples from different countries are getting married. Where this may not cause an issue at the time of marriage, it often complicates matter dependent on whether a party will be moving out of the UK following the divorce. The critical issue lies within the enforcement of orders in particular Child Arrangement Order abroad.

For clients who are overseas, we can represent you via telephone conference, video conference and/or email. We have no difficulty in representing clients through these matters. We have in the past organised three-way telephone conferences with counsel where necessary.
