Our office is located close by in Finchley, a few hundred yards from the North Circular Road at Henlys Corner.
Street Parking is not difficult. Cyprus Road opposite our office has no parking restrictions except between 2 pm and 3 pm, and there is pay and display parking located immediately outside our office. Also, the number 13 bus from Temple Fortune stops immediately opposite our office- at the East End Road stop.
We started as a niche civil litigation/legal dispute firm, but now through our experienced consultants also offer other areas of work.

Legal Dispute Resolution/Litigation
This includes all types of property and commercial/business disputes. We have experience of proceedings in the High Court as well as in the County Court and the First Tier Tribunal. We are regularly appointed as non-panel solicitors for legal expense insurers. We can offer No Win No Fee arrangements in appropriately strong cases. We always endeavour to work within your budget where this is reasonably feasible.
Residential Landlord and Tenant
We are very experienced in representing our clients in this field including possession proceedings, the service of Section 21 Notices to Quit, disrepair claims, service charge disputes and the extension of long residential leases.
Commercial Landlord and Tenant
Our work in this field encompasses dilapidations/disrepair claims, renewals of business tenancies and bringing claims for water penetrations from adjoining buildings.
We are very strong in this field with a team of solicitors as well as our in-house employment law barrister Kevin Harris – who was called the Bar in 2009. We act for both employers and employees. In claimant work in appropriate cases, we can offer No Win No Fee arrangements via our internal employment counsel Kevin Harris.
Employment Settlement Agreements
We sign a number of these off every week and are very experienced at providing detailed advice and assistance to our clients.
Our consultant Mark Feldmann has many years of work in property/conveyancing law. He undertakes quality work for our clients and can deal with difficult or complex situations.
Houses in Multiple Occupation
We deal with quite a number of claims defending prosecutions and proposed civil fines from local authorities.
Council Tax/Business Rates Disputes
We undertake quite a number of these cases and assist our clients in defending proceedings by and dealing with the Local Authority. For business rates, if a liability order has been made, there is a relatively short time to make an application to set aside the liability order. For council tax, these assessments can be appealed to the Valuation Tribunal. Our work in connection with Council Tax/Business Rates commonly also involves us in defending statutory demands/insolvency petitions
This is a very key area of our work. At any one time, we have some applications to annul (rescind) bankruptcy orders, and we also have many cases running at any one time in defending the family home in relation to the trustee in bankruptcy. We also defend statutory demands and bankruptcy petitions.
Again, this is a key area of our work and has become very buoyant following Brexit. We undertake complex/difficult work including the raising of immigration appeals. We work very closely with specialist immigration counsel to ensure that the best possible result is achieved for our clients.
