We have become aware recently of fraudsters purporting to be associated with this firm or producing documents purporting to have been prepared by this firm.

A key feature of approaches by email or documents is that they do not bear the logo of this firm and they also commonly contain spelling or grammatical errors.

All the fee earners of this firm are stated on our website. Accordingly, anybody to be purporting to be associated with this firm who does not appear on our website as a member of our team, should give grounds for concern.

If you receive any contact which you are suspicious about or any documents are produced which raise questions as to their genuineness, we would ask for you to immediately contact this firm to notify us. We will be able to let you know whether the approach is genuine.

If you have lost money to a scam, then you should report it to Action Fraud, the National fraud reporting centre, run by the Government. You will receive a crime reference number and your case should be referred to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau.

Please do not reply to any fraudulent emails and under no circumstances make any payments.
