Debt Negotiation and Insolvency Processes

This can be a very important task.

This would involve negotiating debt reduction with creditors.

We are engaging the services of a former Banker, who is very experienced at how creditors operate.

Typically debts can be reduced by negotiations.

This will be very useful in the context of individual involuntary arrangement or where a bankruptcy is being annulled (rescinded) or in relation to a company; where a corporate involuntary arrangement is being considered.
